Within three business days after our meeting, you receive comprehensive notes covering what we discussed, recommendations for next steps, resources that might help, and questions requiring further consideration. You can reach out via email within two weeks if additional questions arise as you implement the initial actions.

Half-day foundation session

This investment includes the four-hour working session, comprehensive written documentation delivered within three days, and email access for follow-up questions during the subsequent two weeks. The documentation typically runs eight to twelve pages and covers business model assessment, market opportunity analysis, critical success factors, risk identification, and a prioritised action plan.

Many founders find this session prevents costly mistakes and saves months of uncertain direction. The clarity gained often proves more valuable than the specific recommendations, as you develop better judgment about business decisions generally. Payment is required when scheduling the session. We accept bank transfer or card payment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your payment.

If you complete the session and feel it provided no useful insights or guidance, we'll refund your payment in full. This rarely happens because we work hard to understand your situation properly and provide relevant, practical advice. However, this commitment reflects our confidence in the process and ensures you face minimal risk in trying this approach.

Before you commit financially, we can arrange a brief preliminary conversation at no charge. This fifteen-minute discussion lets us understand your situation enough to determine whether the foundation session suits your needs. Sometimes different support proves more appropriate, and we'll suggest alternatives when that seems true.

We maintain confidentiality about everything discussed during our work together. Your business concepts, financial information, and strategic thinking remain private. We won't use your situation as a case study or reference without explicit permission.

How to Get Started

During that initial call, we discuss your situation, explain the session format in more detail, and address any questions. If we both feel the foundation session makes sense, we schedule a date and send payment details. Most sessions occur within two weeks of initial contact, though we can accommodate earlier scheduling when availability permits.

There's no pressure during any part of this process. We understand deciding to work with a consultant involves trust, and we want you to feel comfortable with the arrangement. If after our preliminary conversation you decide this isn't right for you, we part on good terms with no hard feelings.
